I am happy you're here!


Over the last 10 years, I've gained extensive experience as a trainer working in corporate fitness, premium health clubs, and digital health coaching.

I created Strong For Life with the sole purpose of helping others feel better, stronger, and healthier in their day-to-day lives.

Outside of personal training, I enjoy the outdoor activities such as boating, hunting, and hiking. Although I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places, I am a massive Minnesota sports fan and I love spending time with my friends and family the most - as well as my dog, Bella.

The one type of currency that we can never gain back in life is time. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and instruction that will guide you to an overall better quality of life, enabling you to continue to enjoy the things you love the most.
